I checked my sources and 1) the partner isn't volcan, which is why LP is allowing people to think it is. Unlike with amarant which he specifically denied their involvement.

That is a very bold statement. My opinion is that most shareholders believe that Volcan is the partner; it's a foregone conclusion. IF you are in fact correct, that would be a huge blow to the stock and shareholder confidence. Since neither company has issued anything official, I'm skeptical of both viewpoints in regards to Volcan and will continue my DD.
