We should be in the high .03's soon because the "next weeks" are going to continue to wear down investors. Haven't been wrong yet. If the JV partners are behind schedule in what they have been indicating to Medinah management as to the approximate timing I could certainly picture a lawyer or management member down south constantly telling Les to hang in there it's coming any second, don't give up on us.

The guy Les is talking to might have 3 guys ahead of him on a similar information chain if the company we're dealing with is vertically integrated or if there are a variety of key players. I think it's incumbent upon us to realize that this chain is extremely imperfect FOR REASONS WE CANNOT APPRECIATE. As far as impugning the integrity of any participant in this chain that seems kind of silly. There might be layers of complexity to this deal amongst a variety of players indicating to other players that their role is 99% complete and don't give up on us. This is a very large deposit that's going to necessitate the expenditure of an awful lot of risk capital that might have co-dependent tentacles branching out in all kinds of directions.
