What meeting. There was no scheduled meeting of CHTP officials with FDA. There would be an FDA team responsible for pulling together all the paperwork, writing the FDA letter (be it approval, a CRL, or denial), and getting it signed off by all the powers-to-be and getting it send to CHTP. But that would have been totally internal to the FDA and CHTP would not be of it and would not know where it stands at any given time.

CHTP would have had no knowledge of what was happening at the FDA, no knowledge of who may or may not be at work because of the storm, or even unless the government sent notice if the FDA was closed completely for the day.

No meeting, but they did make it in late. They approved Vimizin. Then apparently had to leave early due to weather.

You're not going to receive many truthful answers on this message board but what took place Friday was a well coordinated scam. Several people on this message board refuse to take off their rose colored glasses for various reasons. Some of them still own shares of the stock. CHTP investors will get to the bottom of this fiasco come Tuesday of next week. Just be patient and wait for the facts to be gathered. A lot of the shareholders are convinced that the CEO And management were well aware of the FDA cancellation several hours before they informed the shareholders. If that is not the case then the FDA and their cronies were responsible for this fiasco. This has tarnished the company's reputation and a lot of institutional buyers will now avoid this stock which will prevent the stock price from breaking out in the short term. The risk versus reward makes it no longer worth investing in this company. Expect a small pop up on the stock price if they receive FDA approval. I think there is more going on here than meets the eye. The possibility that CHTP will receive a CRL is stronger than ever before.
