If that is not the case then the FDA and their cronies were responsible for this fiasco. This has tarnished the company's reputation and a lot of institutional buyers will now avoid this stock which will prevent the stock price from breaking out in the short term. The risk versus reward makes it no longer worth investing in this company. Expect a small pop up on the stock price if they receive FDA approval. I think there is more going on here than meets the eye. The possibility that CHTP will receive a CRL is stronger than ever before.
