IDA already responded to this a couple weeks ago that DD is really old.

However in the last IDA meeting Henry said the company first needs to sign an agreement with a contractor or engineer. At its August groundbreaking, Medient announced that a company in Alabama would be the contractor for the project. Henry said he thinks that announcement was premature, before a contract had been signed.

However that does not mean that contractor is not still going to be them. They just have not signed any agreement with anyone yet that we know of but that news should be coming very soon and many are expecting that to be a major catalyst.

There was some information regarding this in the forth quarter in terms of the cart being put ahead of the horse in that announcement. If I remember correctly they made the announcement ahead of a mutually agreeable contract being executed.
