Also the previous plan was for the Medient project to be environmentally friendly in many ways. Even going to the extent of saying all vehicles will be electric. They also mentioned something about the construction having some very advanced green movement technologies. I don't see them changing that plan either as that plan and advanced design is partially what is going to make them unique. As you can see from the link below.

I don't really see Donald Trump Jrs crappy prefab stuff fitting in there. Back a few months ago B.L. Harbert International LLC, based in Birmingham, Ala., was announced as the contractor for the project. truthfully B.L. Harbert International LLC is the type of contractor we want and they put anything that Trump could produce to shame. However in the last IDA meeting Henry said the company first needs to sign an agreement with a contractor or engineer. At its August groundbreaking, Medient announced that a company in Alabama would be the contractor for the project. Henry said he thinks that announcement was premature, before a contract had been signed. However I would still possibly look at B.L. Harbert International LLC as a possible option.
