Volume pick up at the end of the day yesterday is one of the indicators of news to come. If company is issuing a pr shortly it's not like they can say much, so you won't find much evidence. Like any rumor mill- small tidbits start to leak out before the official press release comes out. If you honestly own shares- then help your own cause rather than hurt it.
