There is a confidentiality agreement built into the deal. REVO can't announce who it is

Could be there is a lot of paper to be done first and the "other" company does not want its name out there until it is done. They stand to lose more if this is not done right and other companies move in ahead of them. If this is a scam.... it will become obvious in the next two weeks. If it is all for real, then once consolidation is done, this will begin a much more sustainable move up until such time the actual terms of this become official record and it will jump wildly once again. I hope to be sitting pretty for than next big run.
