There's no confidentiality agreement with the SEC, Solis.
If the parent company of the licensee company is SEC regulated it must file an 8-K.
The absence of an 8-K says that the parent of the Licensee company is a no-name, private, company not regulated by the SEC.
The share price will soon reflect this.
