Personally I think it is absolutely crazy to pay out any kind of dividend

Noloss, it's not so much about the money, it's about the credibility of management now. And not paying out a dividend would be disastrous. That would be the last straw because a dividend is the only thing shareholders have going for them at the moment (all other ways to reward shareholders have failed).
