Personally I think it is absolutely crazy to pay out any kind of dividend, and hopefully this will be the message on 20 th Feb, if any.
A dividend at this stage will only once more confirm the incompetence of the management as well as the BOD of this company.
All above on basis that they have not managed to arrange financing, which I am sure about.
