That's interesting. I've never owned restricted shares, but would have expected them to have been showing a price. Perhaps the way they are listed suggests that they are "memo only" shares and a further notation will be made when they leave to go to the buyer.
Were the original dividend shares ("At the time of my post I had only received the dividend shares for the shares that I held all the way thru (meaning 12/18/13 - current)" listed the same way or were they priced out? If they were priced out, I think that distinction provides your answer.
