Thx for the reply loanranger. The transaction for the dividend shares is listed as "NON-TAXABLE SPIN OFF/LIQUIDATION DISTRIBUTION" in those exact words and were time stamped at 16:29 on 2/11/2014. They are not under MDBX symbol, but a 9 digit code and quantity I received. There is no other info in my account about them, price, value....etc. Will post if anything changes.
