I would tend to agree with that analysis. As I mentioned before, most of what is coming home to roost are deals done under the former management. But, printing more shares at a discount to settle these scores doesn't set well with me - however, the terms of the Asher deal were done under former management. I also had not noticed Asher - I probably would have shied away from this one if I had. But, it appears that current management is trying to clean up the mess. Sort of like my last job, where I told our company lawyer "You and I are the two guys with the scoops at the end of the circus parade, marching behind the elephants." Positive signs are that sales, net earnings and shareholder equity are up. If they can get 2 more qtrs of positive net earnings and that disastrous 4th qtr FY 2013 out of the ttm figures, this can still turn around... just not before Halloween.
