hard to think of any other reason to use Reg A. the bet the issuer makes is that it will take a shorter time period to get through SEC review and get effective than the 6 months or 1 year holding period that would apply for private placements.

I take it you don't post much at SKT( or AE%Y after this last month now huh. You should already know these marijuana plays are wayy different from the rest. That is why over ten I track are up 40-115times from Decembers low. This action today around the board is just wayy tooo fishy and with the same ending numbers on past/current otc number, recent amazing news, float lock type volume(for 1bill A/S), bashers coming strong after recent weakness, distribution line falling accordingly, Future Potential with Cultivation Center. If the a/s is truly 100billion I'll forever hold my peace. but that would be just ignorance from management with the current momentum in the marijuana sector.

I really think this was an assault to grab really cheap share before the multi penny run. As BMAk was doing the same things on 90% of the marijuana plays that spiked 10x from their first initial parabolic blow off.

I mean how does 4billion enter the public float when that many shares haven't even traded in the last year?......Things again don't add up....
