Again… What?? Stock doesn't have to be sold to enter the float. It only needs to become unrestricted.

I really think this was an assault to grab really cheap share before the multi penny run. As BMAk was doing the same things on 90% of the marijuana plays that spiked 10x from their first initial parabolic blow off.
