That is usually our weather!
So with all this "Global" warming going on, and in honor of Einstein's general theory of relativity, I would like to Propose BWL's "Theory of weather relativity".
Given ones location, (<32Degrees F + falling H2O/>20MPH Wind for 36-48 hours=URASSISCOLD) or something like that! This is written in open source code so feel free to improve upon my theory...:):)
