I am so glad you showed up llessurK. I have posted similar STBV posts all afternoon into the evening and had no help. Finally an educated trader who knows exactly what is legal and exactly how dilution or raising an AS happens.

I said:
They got dumped on the open market by the CEO and are now available.

Sounds like you are talking about convertible notes any way...
Portions of the AS can be flooded on to the market at any time via the Transfer agent and you know it.

Im on the phone with many different TAs checking to see if new shares are being added on a number of different stocks on a daily basis..


I didn't think I had to explain the processes..None the less, that's the way it is.

By the way, Im not the one that set up the new and horrific share structure for STBV...the CEO is..Complain to him-not me
