They got dumped on the open market by the CEO and are now available.

That makes no sense at all.

Portions of the AS can be flooded on to the market at any time via the Transfer agent and you know it.

Say what?! The transfer agent sells them into the open market? Who bought them? Market Makers? Why aren't they added to the total volume then? I just posted the total volume from November 18th 2013 until today and only 1,888,117,900 total volume has traded:
