I thought perhaps the reason for not injecting every tumor could be:
To avoid overloading the immune system with a rush of DC's. (assuming each tumor requires a minimum dosing(?))

Not enough vaccine within the dosing limits to treat all tumors (as you offered).

Metastases so widespread that there are not many defined bulks but many fine tendrils (at which point along the hair thin lines would you inject? or not inject?).

All conjecture. I really don't have enough information to back any of these theories. Just wanted to see what other's here thought.

Linda said all tumors were injectable. So that's why I raised it.
