No you're right. The point is that prior to the increase to a/s, the fact that there was no potential for mass dilution was a big selling point for PHOT. Now that positive aspect of this stock is no more.

I laugh when this thing trends down a hair and all the shorts come out talking of how it's headed to the teens

You know how many times this stock has been tested and bounced back? the real test was pre-meeting, we've gotten past that and Sterling, Rob & Marco got the support/confidence they were looking for

This play is too intriguing for folks to allow it to trend too far downward. The future possibilities are truly Epic

The A/S increased from 1 to 3 billion. So there's potential there. Although I understand that sometimes company will increase their A/S so that they will have shares to offer for acquisitions and things of that sort. I hope that's the case, and not that management is going to flood the market with shares and leave us holding the bag.
