Ok we get it, potential for dilution. That is not the same as actively diluting or a diluted company. Trust has to come into the equation at some point. Most companies have the ability to dilute more, but if a promise is made to only make share structure changes to accommodate deals that will be beneficial to shareholders, then you must decide if they are telling the truth and/or if the deal is a good one. So is there a trust issue? or you don't like the deal?
POTENTIAL DILUTION is not a reason. As far as I can tell there has been no dilution that can be described as stereotypical greedy pink share selling with phot.
