That explains why the bottom still says 2013 - nice job on the site though

I'm sorry you feel so negative towards PTA Holdings but you cannot deny the revenues

I hope you'll hang out and wait for the 2013 annual report to rejuvenate your spirit. Its a logistics company with trucks - i wouldn't expect them to have much in brick and mortar

Both Eggspress and Nortford are active business entities in IOWA - you can find them on the SOS

Big things coming for PTAH - give it a bit more patience bud

All I have to say is don't lose faith. This is a growing company! It seems time has taken you down a depressing road...

You stated before:

10/14/13: Do your research man. The company is 9 years old. Never had a legal issue, never been in bankrupsy and no one involved has ever been charged in a crime.

11/06/13: PTAH is a great stock and growing company.

11/10/13: Its obvious that these guys are in business as they say and growing. Subsided from the government for creating local jobs. Renting 2 of the largest properties in the town. Real revenues, minimal debt timely filings and nothing but the truth from management.

11/11/13: The company is undervalued...this stock has nowhere to go but up!

"B2B I read your most recent post giving props to ofspring. Saying gasp this stock sounds like a scam. Coming from an educated person as of today you confirmed to me that you are a basher with your weak statement. "

goldpr, If the label "basher" includes anyone that posts negatively about PTAH, count me in. About my "weak statement" Here's a stronger one.

I've followed the PTAH Management Team back to 2004, when they came out with their first trucking company scam.

I bought into another of their scams in 2009. In February 2010 I found that the originator of the 2004 trucking scam, Richard Windorski had changed his name to Richard Morgan and was their IR person for the scam I bought into. His wife, Jean Morgan, was CEO of that scam.

Now his daughter, Lynn Morgan, is an officer in PTAH. It's been reported on this board that Daddy Richard sometimes answers the PTAH phone. Tim Norton and Lewinshon have been along for he ride through Scam Land.

Odd that you would single me out for being a "basher". My Sticky was up two months before you first showed up here. I get no joy form you being a bag holder. I tried to warn you.

I have no financial interest in PTAH. It's just that I have an aversion to Cyber Pick Pockets.
