LOL. Maybe because it has the same value as SPAM.

While normally coordinated with market activity, numerous shareholders have begun to mark newsletters as ‘spam.’

Not a single word about Belize... I guess Treaty is doing the same thing with Belize as all the other failed projects. Just never mention it again and it will eventually be forgotten by investors and go away...

Well, I won't let them forget...

A newsletter without news - not very encouraging.

Newsletter content breakdown analysis:
56% General and Administrative (intro, riders and long explanation of how frequency is going down because there isn't any news)
32% Legal
12% Financing (saying twice that Kubacak financing isn't yet in place)
0% Texas operations (Is an oil company with no oil operations a concern to shareholders?)
0% US Drilling operations (is anything going on? What about all the Louisiana drilling that we were told they were contracted to do?)
0% Belize operations (no surprise - they haven't been here since before Xmas)

Cheers

Kubacak update... So much for Treaty drilling 13 new wells on the Kubacak lease. 104 acres of the 260 Treaty claimed they would get have been assigned to Amble Petroleum and I hear TNC will be the driller.

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B8fPIL-cKPM-cWFzWGN3dzQ1YkE/edit

And a permit application for that 104 acres...

http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/DP/drillDownQueryAction.do?fromPublicQuery=Y&name=CROSS%2BKUBACAK&univDocNo=488242924

Treaty's misleading PR... They obviously did not have a closed deal with the 260 acres.

With 156 acres left the best they could do is 7 wells. That's if they could even get past the first well the Kubacak 3. So far it only looks like Treaty has 3, 20 acres assignments. That's room for 3 wells and Treaty can't seem to get it together to even drill the first one.

Just to clarify for investors waiting for production numbers from the Stockton 2 or even the Stockton 3 well if it ever gets completed...

There won't be any till US. Fuels, the Operator for the wells on the Stockton lease files a completion report and the TRRC approves a P-4 and assigns an allowable.

Jakobot is already over 2 months late with the completion report and as long has he has a TNR 91.114 flag on his P-5 the TRRC cannot approve a P-4.

Investors could be waiting a long time. Check out the Hash lease and the completion report for that re-entry. It has been over a 18 months and the TRRC is asking why no response? Jakobot has not responded to many TRRC letters concerning that re-entry. David Jakobot (US. Fuels) still has many issues with the TRRC to clear up...
