In my honest opinion, it seems like they are a start up company (or rebuilding in this case) doing their best to keep destructive people from sabotaging their efforts. I can understand why they would release information on a public news wire as needed. If it was a regurgitation of an old PR then there would be no need for another public release.
No new shares even authorized since 1/14/2014 and today is 02/10/2014 so please provide the link for the additional 1.6 billion shares what you stated was issued after hours. Thank you.
