The was no news today released today. It appears that news from 1/14/14 was simply re-rementioned.

Unfortunately, this news release was immediately followed by an after-hours 1.6 billion increase in the number of PVEC authorized common shares raising the total to 5.6 bilion:

PVEC A/S increased by 1.6 billion to 5,594,000,000!!!

So much for company representatives claiming there was no dilution today. I warned multiple times today that the share cancellation was irrelevant because the company would just continue its massive dilution.

Peter Villiotis (CEO) will just keep diluting until there is no bid and then likely do a reverse split and dilute all over again.

Do not trust anything this company says. It has a history of blatantly false and misleading press releases, it's website is misleading and its financials (especially assets) are bogus.

They claim to be transparent but are extremely deceptive!

Caveat: Since PVEC compensated representatives Kerry and Jason block my IP address from even reading certain supposedly public parts of the PVEC website, they could have issued some sort of news in sections of the website in which they block IP addresses for people whom they don't want to allow access.

As I've stated before, blocking IP addresses from reading otherwise public information is the antithesis of a company that claims to be transparent and honest and to have integrity. The reason I was given by oficial representatives of the company is that I accused them of being hypocritical. In other words, the block is retaliation for insulting them.
