"Just prior to the Petition Date, the Debtor negotiated with its two primary secured creditors, Iroquois Master Fund Ltd. (“Iroquois”) and Hudson Bay Master Fund, Ltd. (“Hudson”), the terms of an Order authorizing the use of cash collateral and a Plan of Reorganization Support Agreement. Iroquis Master Fund and Hudson Bay Master Fund are the major holders of atrinsic. If I'm not wrong they own the 92% of atrinsic shares. With this company we can see A relation between Mr.Giordano and Hudson and Iroquis. The accept the plan and it seems that they work closely...
