It depends on how long it consolidates for... The longer it is in that range the more people can load that bottom and allow it to move up... I don't know if it will touch 1 cent, but it will probably go higher from where it's at... It also depends on if news hits and it worth while... Just all my opinion of course....I will be loading in the 0.0020s to 0.0025s range. To overbought to buy now...RISKY..
