probably they are naked short.. Because BCAP has huge naked short volume.. no dilution.. they must cover..

I know the feeling...Ameritrade prevented with a DTC chill AE$y...TT$Z and now HN$S...i missed an op on big profits there. i opened an etrade but it wont be ready for trading til the 13th...hope it allows trades where TTrade wont
