I personally think that they are going to do whatever they can to raise the pps before the reverse split. Mark said in the interview that they were going to do some restructuring and cleaning of the books, and that the r/s was part of that. Seems odd they are releasing their mobile products a month before. There may be something up. A more attractive pps, lower float, and some good revenue contracts would hopefully bring in more institutional buyers. Mark did mention they were hoping the pps would hold. They would need something major in the works for that to happen, otherwise it will drop like a rock. If I remember correctly, Mark also stated in the interview that they already had orders for roughly a million units of Mobiletrust. At least I hope that's the deal. This r/s is crappy for me. Best Looking dream, but worst performing in my portfolio.
