#74265 RE: Running1 #74263

If Treaty told you they are nearly complaint with the TRRC they are lying to you... Again... If Treaty truly wanted to be TRRC compliant they could have been years ago. These issues with operators rarely get to the stage of a Master Default Order and Treaty has two of them!

Some are saying no big deal with the new Master Default Order one item. there are 6 other wells on that least that need to be plugged. And issues with more than one lease.

But it's not "one" item. It's one of many...

Master Default Order for Non-compliance...

Treaty failed to show up for the hearing.

And there is also all the damage done to the land and the mess left behind the was done with the failed attempt by Treaty to comply with the Barnes lease plugging's. Upwards of a $100,000 bucks worth...

TRRC order to plug 8 wells on the McCommas lease.

Treaty's new and the second Master Default Order...

Treaty didn't bother to show up for this one either...

The worst part about all this is Treaty's total disregard for the landowners and Texas regulations. These kinds of "oil companies" have no respect for those investing in them as can be seen in the way they conduct their business. Treaty has a very poor reputation in the industry. No credible big money investor would take these guys seriously. Their a joke... A "Clown Company"...

Treaty's main goal is to sell shares and enrich insiders. They are also selling shares with misleading and downright fraudulent statements...

The evidence is overwhelming.

They were exact quotes, See the post referenced and refer to them The TRRC document you asked about is the Texas Railroad Commission Docket No. 7b-0280369 signed final on January 22, 2014 reading the same docket hearing number that took place in February, 13, 2013. It does take the TRRC a long time due to being short on staff but they eventually get it done. No spin here. Just proven facts. Cut, copied and sent.

Oh and BTW I don't think Treaty will ever be compliant. They now have two Master Default Orders and owe $441,000 to the TRRC, the Barnes landowners and maybe even more for not paying the cementer for what they owe him. Treaty compliant, that is laughable.
