Yes imo. It's the only thing between them and their success.

Once approved, this will mean huge confirmation. Many are on the sidelines because of the pending license.

Expect many catalysts to follow the approval, like details roll out, distributors' names, retailers' names, online sales, maybe a (inter)national account like Costco, etc.

As many shares are in strong hands, this will catapult the share price much much higher.

Belgian pretty much hit the nail on the head with his response

the License approval puts alot of the gray areas to rest and confirms that Mrib can start selling in CA witch will happens right after the approval

at this point the License is the next step before we receive more News with meat on it...... so once it happens is will confirms alot of the info that we have already received and let the company continue moving forward

If you're going on their 13 year history, the vodka has never had any resell in stores. The few retailers that purchased it had to clearance it out. There are still bottles on some shelves that are 5 years old. Margrit and her family have been in charge since 2001. The company has never been profitable. Maggie keeps talking about high demand. Nobody has ever demanded this vodka. They will have to start releasing information about sales. They increased production to 20,000 cases per month and had to postpone the make believe shipments to Brazil and the Dominican, to fulfill US "demand". Unless Maggie was lying, they have at least 40,000 cases that have been produced. She stated this in November. Good luck!
