They can not only start selling the vodka, they could import other brands. An importers license opens up a world of opportunity.
The "gray" areas are still those $70MM in contracts. The vodka has never been their before but she "alleges" the demand is HUGE. They may ship to Brazil, but they were supposedly have a 5 year contract that runs out in 2018. At this point it's less than 5 years. That suggest it's a non-binding contract. FINRA allows LOI's to be called contracts.
And how does a distillery "ramp up" production from zero to 20K cases a month?
They have been out of bidness for a few years, but they want to suggest BIDNESS is booming???
Get the license approval and become a real business. If MRIB had to "pump" to raise money......whatever. Just be a real business.
