DD: Once again it looks as though you are glomming on to the bittermans that constantly project their "tech bubble" disappointment and anger onto this IDCC board. Why are you doing this?? IDCC did not participate(except for about 2 months) in that crap

What has kept you from selling your position in IDCC? Please elaborate if you can.

Desert_Dweller, and Corp_Buyer...Your arguments are well taken, and I and other longs have weighed in on our intention to vote against the additional options, at this time, and without further explanation and justification from the company.

But if you keep shouting in bold,and if Corp_Buyer continues with his unfounded accusations against management, I think I and others might just change our votes in protest, or just abstain to the default "YES".

Enough already!!! You are not helping your cause...quite the contrary. There is no need to overuse the bold shout, nor is it necessary to make totally off the wall insinuations against the actions of management as you and especially Corp_buyer have. These excessive and repeated expressions of opinion and insinuation serve no purpose for us stockholders any more than excessive options to management do. You are diluting your argument faster than HC and the BOD has diluted the stock in this equity.

Please try to lower the volume, and let it be already. Fmilt and rmarchma have taken the same position, sans the excessive emotion, and I suspect have had a more effective acceptance of the position.
