Perhaps there's some confusion because Bandera Gold is a Canadian company that trades on the TSX and has not requested a US listing?

There is no restriction but some may not be able to see a quote on their trading platform if they don't have access to the TSX.

Exactly,you can see the trades by going to Yahoo finance and click on historical prices for symbol BGL.V.prices and trading volumes are listed.No restrictions whatsoever!!
Actually traded 66 shares so far today!! About as exciting as the scam SRGE!!which has zero trades so far today!!
