If Nokia and Samsung do not pay soon...IDCC may have to proceed with arbitration, postpone their announced business plan,lay off several newly hired, cease looking to fill several job positions,restore their old web license page, demote Charlie Brogan and hire armed guards 24/7 to protect Management.
