The rise in INO's PPS was in good part supported by the over 500 PR's on its web site (see reprint of Jim Cramer's "The Street" calling Inovio "highly promotional"), exaggerated claims on message boards and independently (hopefully) run promotions.
Director Avtar Dhillon- the key, behind the scene person at INO, was involved with a penny stock that was highly promoted resulting in the same financial ruin for many that's so endemic to penny stocks.
INO is basically doing research for a big pharma. That's the way big pharma goes these days, they farm it out. Which company is chosen to do the research is made at the director level, no biggie.
Good luck to INO as it attempts to graduate from umpteen years of primate research to human trials.
INO carries a big Caveat Emptor from this ihubber.
