I took Dr. Kim's advice when INO was at $0.55 and Dr. Kim said to buy stock that it was going to be an "epic year." I didn't take anyones technical advice and am up over 300%.

Inovio is catalyst driven. Technicals don't matter to me. They don't sell phones, but make gains on vaccine developments and progress. Next Tuesday should be a catalyst event.

So when Dr. Kim says 2014 will dwarf 2014 I trust him, not technicals.
