From me everything is well and at stage for the next steps on this golden investment.I have been making a lot of DD and trying to make sense with my Fellows in this wonderful story which have already let a Mark in the WS.
Found pitty to see that BOD obeyed to the HEdgies and didn't make any payment to the H Shares this time as there are something like 490M$ in reserve and from which around 220M$ in cash without taking into the acout the Tax refunds which is about to come.I have a good feeling that the WMMRC is the place to look into after the claims are gone and done.The escrow follwoing my Math have a sure thing to get at least the 5cent on the dollar or 50$ per the old P Shares with the sky as a limit. Lets see how the WMIH goes ahead but of course no one likes this Hedge funds game on the share price as it makes us more disgusted from who is riding with us or on which "Coat tail" are we Riding :)
