Flipper, that's a good question from a person who knows nothing about legal standards. There is no privity between the "re-posters" and coke. In other words, there is no non-disclosure agreement between us and NWBO. Enforcement is a remedy available only against those who have privity.

As for Les being on this message board, if you believe that, then I have an invisible island to sell you. Posting something on a message board is not a cease and desist. An attorney would subpoena email records, obtain addresses, and send a legal action notice via certified mail.
