PHOT is pumping up a "bankroll" with Friday's vote. They're also looking, like you and I, at these new pot and pot related start-ups, of which there are many. IMO they will sift through them, perhaps find some that will be benefical and open up the bankroll. I don't think those new shares are going to be tossed out to the masses, and if they are I don't think it will affect pps too negatively. We went up 11% today on strong, firm volume - a lot of people watching, thinking, deciding. I'm thinking.
