I see an intangible in PHOT getting successfully
through the vote - IF they use their 'bank' of A/S
sparingly and, as you mentioned, in wise applications,
this can be EVEN MORE of a PLUS in eyes of holders and
speculative investors as time goes on. It will serve to
build a reputation. Call it a free PR that 'keeps on giving'.

Under 'Option B' scenario above, I see PHOT keeping those 1.5615B shares off the market, right where they are keeping the 261.5M they currently have.
