The carrot gets bigger but they never hand it over. It was just a matter of time before they threw in some new properties to sweeten the deal, while the much touted ADL deal is no where in sight. Like Jetpilot underlined

Rick, just a fyi, this pr/update violate SEC Guideline 7 in numerous ways. May need to get in touch with the Company and have their SEC attorney review it and issue a new one.

Rick, if this was a material change they needed to report, why did they wait a month to report it?


I'll tell you why. They waited until LP exhausted his back channel rumour mongering, and then offered this distraction. Many shareholders are aware this is only a distraction from the gorilla in the room, only the gullible, or those with agendas feel otherwise. 3 weeks ago the back channels said we were done, then two weeks, and then last week. And what do we hear, "one last document" and then "the boogie man set us back" . And now this week, nada. They bought a full month with LP's lies,and then drop this gem. On a positive note, the stock is retracing again, will which offer another trading opportunity based on LP's lies.

What sort of control will MDMN have with a 30% holding in these newly gifted claims?
Is MDMN now responsible for any legal or ay other matters that may concern the Madre de Dios Claims Block?
