In this scenario what would be new with the patent? Is there a link to some type of different patent other than the one this company has had for a decade, wasn't able to commercialize, and has been stamped with a rejection notice to get renewed? I just don't see why any entity would want to continue to beat a dead horse as far Onko-Sur. I'm not really talking about the stock. I'm talking about the business failures. Is there some new and different patent that has been applied for?

What is your timeline?

You speak of all this as if it were fact and not conjecture. I think it's pure conjecture, and fantastic conjecture at that.

Maybe the Dignyte - eWellness merger will go through, and maybe it is just a LOI that will never turn into anything concrete. Either way, Radient is not part of that deal.

The Dignyte - eWellness merger does have significance in regrads to Radient, though. It proves that if anyone wants to backwards merge into a shell, there are debt-free shells available. Radient is not a debt-free shell. Nobody wants Radient's toxic debt. And it doesn't look like anyone wants DR-70 either. Anyone except Gartner, that is, and Gartner doesn't have funding, judging from the lack of licensing.

The RXPC takeover in all likelihood is being brokered by William Gartner/GCDx on behalf of the investor group & Dougie Mac. He is the common thread in all of this. Dignyte and its inexperienced 19 yo CEO are located in Tempe, Arizona along with WG/GCDx. Considering WG's strong ties to the Pharma Community in Arizona (look up his bio), it is unlikely he did not have advanced knowledge of this.

Question: How does Dougie Mac find an obscure shell like Dignyte with no product or organization in order to reverse merge into?

Answer: He was led to it by William Gartner.

Question: How does the inexperienced 19 yo "CEO" of Dignyte come up with the business acumen (and financing) to create a shell for the specific purpose of being taken over (presumably by Dougie Mac all along)?

Answer: He doesn't- it was spoon fed to him by WG.

William Gartner is not an administrator of mature companies. He creates them from scratch, gets them up and running, and sells them to others before moving on to the next situation. He creates (and maintains) his business connections along the way. Look for the same thing to happen now with RXPC, leaving it with the New Investor Group.
