What a bunch of cr_p, who ever heard of 3 bars up as a sell signal. This company was acquired and the new owners will hold 75% of shares and the mgmt. will hold 10% so the stock will be in demand as most of the supply will be held and 15% traded. The selling price based on 300M shares is .33 so this stock will seek that level price and hold until news develops.
