Wow. Sorry u got burned. I have done my research and i ask u what new mgnt. comes into a fully reporting QB stock and does a reverse split. All of them do because they dont wan to deal with the extra crap. You may be right that they stripped value from shareholders but vois is a different animal today. I certainly hate when that happens. Always a red flag but u should have sold when the reverse split was posted on the Secretary of State website which savy investors check. The Books are going to be cleared and audited. The company had positioned themselves to be bought out or partnered with. Will they do this again. Maybe if they don't get the buyout or partnership money but that is yet to be seen so until then reward outweighs risk. Also one last thing all startups need to raise capital that is why they go public. Pretty much out with the old in with the new. The technology is viable and the space is thriving and there's money to be made here bottom line.
