Somebody (SRGE/MSJ or BGL/MSJ) owns the rights to Cinco Minas.
It's that simple.
Do you really think BGL would be freaking out and spending millions of dollars on legal expense if they thought there was no value to Cinco Minas?
And, remember....SRGE had more than Cinco Minas (that is now MSJ's)
