Solomon targeted $2 by year end 2012. We all did, remember? And with the FN listing and all, Solomon didn't think he would have to issue as many as 16M shares throughout the remainder of the year. And then, of course, sleepy cod was a real bummer. But that had an impact on 2013, not so much Q4.

So perhaps the biggest mistake Solomon made at the time was, he never told us about the abattoir. He never gave us a valid reason why he was issuing stock. Wasn't this around the same time that he said he would rather not talk about dilution? LOL. So we had no other alternative than to assume that he lied to us. Communications got better later on, in 2013.
