I think he didn't tell us about the abattoir b/c he was not sure whether he would get the license or not. WE know it was very difficult to get, at least he told us that at the March 2013 meeting in Stockholm if I recall correctly. As you said, CEOs donot like to talk that early about things that may not turn out at all.
