And the company contacted your husband for information? Is that "what do you want" comes from?

And what is your point about the CFO? Do you think she is lying? Doesn't she have her own finances and stock held up and interest in seeing the company doing well too? And why would she lie to you? Why was she meeting with you in the first place?

Did he own shares that are now worth a fraction of what they were before?

Sounds like sour grapes to me. I understand your potential unhappiness but didn't new management basically take over six months ago? What is the umhappiness with them....
